TO BE CONSIDERED AS AN ADOPTOR YOU MUST:

Be 21 or older
Have knowledge/consent from landlord, if renter
Spay/neuter within 1 month of adoption or when dog is 6 months of age
Be able and willing to spend time/money necessary to provide training, medical treatments and proper care for the entire lifetime of a dog.

Please complete the below pre-adoption application to begin the adoption process. Upon receipt of your application, the 4 Luv of Dog Rescue adoption coordinator(s) will review your appliation and speak with your references to determine if you qualify for appropriately caring for a dog. After an application is approved a home visit is done. Please allow us a couple days to review this application and contact your references.

At that time you'll be able to see your dog's true personality.

Note: Occasionally more than one application is received on a specific dog. We strive to be fair and consistent with all applications. Applications are approved and considered in the order in which they are received. If the dog you put an app in on gets approved for another adopter (because their app was received first), we would really like to help you find another dog, either in our rescue now or one that we will rescue in the near future.
