October 16 - We previously reported that Mikayla had some issues with urinating in the house. Upon a visit to the vet it was discovered that she had a bladder stone. The stone, when removed, was discovered to be about the entire size of her bladder! No wonder she had urination issues! Mikayla has recovered from her surgery and is now ready for her forever home.

September 30 - When Mikayla sees her leash, she gets very excited because she loves to go for walks and even likes to run with you. She loves to be near people and cuddle up with you on the couch or in bed. During a thunderstorm, you will probably find her underneath the bed!

Mikayla does have issues with urinating in the house but we are working on that. She will be going to the vet soon to see if there are any medical conditions attributing to this. She will bark when someone comes to the door but quickly settles down.
